01What We Run
Three kinds of session
Not a fixed programme. These are the shapes a Catch & Submit seminar usually takes.
- 01Guest instruction
- Visiting instructors brought in to teach a session for the room and anyone who travels for it.
- 02Focused sessions
- A day built around one part of the game rather than a general class. The thing you came to fix.
- 03Community events
- Open mats and training days for the wider no-gi community, not only one academy.
